The Worcester-Valencia Basket International Basket Camp 2017 is on
About 30 young Spanish players between the ages of 11 and 18 have left this morning from Manises’ airport to participate in the second edition of the Worcester-Valencia Basket International Basket Camp 2017. Once on British soil, they will join the international campers to reach a figure of more than 80 players who this afternoon will begin to learn with the first practice sessions and the first matches of the domestic leagues.
From today until Sunday, August 27th,
participants will enjoy and work with three daily training sessions, to which
Spanish players will join two hours of English class with professors from the
University of Worcester. For the 2017 edition, there has been a fourfold
increase in the number of players of the Valencian expedition, which has caused
that the four coaches from L'Alqueria del Basket have moved to the
United Kingdom
